Murdoch And My Daughter

We were watching the coverage on TV, my daughter [The Littlest Bushwacker - aged 5] realising it was something mum and dad were interested in, took an interest herself. After a couple of minutes she asked

TLB: What's a Murchoch?
SBW: He's a man who owns lots of newspapers
TLB: Ah! Does he really like reading?

If only it were that simple

  1. Great! And while yours was watching Murdoch, mine was talking to (and voicing-over a response from) a raisin:

    "Can I eat you?"

"Yes, you can. I am going to die today."

    She's four.

Please feel free to leave comments. I really enjoy hearing what readers think. The rules are the same as round my dinner table:

You're welcome to disagree, life would be way too boring if we all agreed with each other and we'd never learn anything.
I like to think that we're all grown up enough to argue every last point, right down to the bone, without bearing a grudge afterwards.

Come on in the waters lovely
