A tubby suburban dad watching hunting and adventure shows on TV and wondering could I do that? This is the chronicle of my adventures as I learn to learn to Forage, Hunt and Fish for food that has lived as I would wish to myself - Wild and Free.

Ooo VOX Folders
Nice eh? VOX has finally brought out his own custom folder.
A thing of much lovelyness. I don't know, I didn't ask, I can't afford one.

Please feel free to leave comments. I really enjoy hearing what readers think. The rules are the same as round my dinner table:
You're welcome to disagree, life would be way too boring if we all agreed with each other and we'd never learn anything.
I like to think that we're all grown up enough to argue every last point, right down to the bone, without bearing a grudge afterwards.
Come on in the waters lovely

You still can't beat the old standard British Army clasp knife. A suberb utility standard tool that did what it said on the box. Like the G1098 watches, excellent bits of kit. Mine finallly gave up the ghost about five years ago after 20 years service in everything from Arctic conditions, to subaqua diving in the Caribbean to the heat and humidity of Africa.
ReplyDeleteOff topic and back to Archery, have you seen this?

ReplyDeleteBritish Army Clasp Knife: Crude but highly effective, but like myself!
The G1098 watch: A true design classic. Hell of a price these days though.
I try not to read the 'Daily Hate-mail' but every so often i feel the need to remind myself how the hard-of-thinking come to see the world. But Yea! That's some shootin' young man.
